Tomas Rosicky looks to be winning his battle to be fit for the Czech Republic's Euro 2012 quarter-final with Portugal on Thursday.
The Arsenal midfielder did not feature in the Czechs' final Group A match against Poland as he returned to Prague for treatment on his troublesome Achilles.
But the 31-year-old has returned to the camp where he took part in training and will face a late fitness test before the game in Warsaw.
"Rosicky returned to the team after two days of treatment in Prague and underwent light training," said a statement from the Czech FA.
"It is still true that we will decide whether he will play or not only before the game."
