Sylvain Distin: The Frenchman is confident Everton can remain solid next term

Sylvain Distin has called on the Everton defence to remain as resilient as they did in their last Premier League campaign.
The 34-year-old former Manchester City and Portsmouth player was at the heart of the Toffees backline, which was the third meanest last term.
Only Manchester City and Manchester United conceded fewer goals than David Moyes' men.
The Frenchman, who recently penned a one-year extension, is confident the side can continue in the same way they finished last season, even if Moyes is unable to add to his squad this summer.
He said: "I think there were only two teams that conceded fewer goals than us and they were the two teams fighting for the title. I think that was an amazing achievement.
"It's too early to talk about it. It all depends on who is going to come, who is going to stay, who is going to go.
"We know we won't spend millions and if we are more or less in the same situation as last season, then we'll have to deal with what we've got.
"I think we've done pretty well. The stats are there for us."
